This is a new category for the blog. If you have been following along since September, you know that I stepped away from Facebook and Instagram which led to the Dassler Effect’s rejuvenation. And I am still away, though there is still an Instagram haiku account of mine lurking out there. There may come a time when I reflect on those decisions to leave more formally in writing; I am still waiting to see how they will wear. Instagram, however, still retained some of its charm of being able to capture a moment in time and share it with friends, even if much, much, much else accreted on to that simple premise. And, though I have been more intentional in carrying my DSLR with me as in days gone by, I do have that smart phone in my pocket. And, well, sometimes there are moments…
