I have titled this post “Apple Farm,” but with the dramatic editing I chose for it (including Matt’s Lomo preset and other high contrast effects), perhaps it should be called “Apple Farm at the Edge of the Apocalypse.”

I took this at a little distance as these were not my peeps and I really did not feel like getting permissions for what was not going to be close-ups of peoples’ faces. Plus, I wanted to get the dark, dark clouds. And, though the editing is extreme, the clouds were dark, as you can see from the untouched image below shown for comparison. Mind you, the contrast between final product and untouched image is usually not as stark as this. Also, this image does not work as well as a blog miniature, as the people and apples, etc. tend to get lost.

I hope to get more apple/pumpkin farm pictures up in the coming day, but have been feeling a certain amount of ennui and need to get motivated again to keep posting.
