I like places where one can watch the cooks at work, though I imagine the cooks might feel differently about them. I was wondering why they had dough on the glass here until I realized that it flies off the spinning pies. The first shot focuses on the dough with the thrower a blur; the next does the reverse.
As I friend who I was with said, it is kind of mesmerizing to watch the dough spin.
WOW.. Neil., I Loved that second one.. these are cool shots..my lens is broke so i am still waiting for its replacement to turn up(misery.. only have my purse camera and a macro for the big camera) and until then i can shoot vicariously through you .. c
