Oh yes, indeed! Two years ago, we went eagle spotting along the river and from Graffton on south to Alton, the shelf ice was AMAZING. There were lots of eagles catching brunch at the edge of the ice where it met the brisk flow of the Mississippi River! It really is a stunning drive!
