I would totally agree with the sentiment on the Rita’s cup and in the title above. At least it would be great if St. Louis had some Rita’s. Water Ice is another name for Italian Ice, which is definitely quite different from shaved ice. The picture at the bottom is a straight up mango water ice. The picture above it features the Gelati, which I am sure is a made up name as are so many of the items at Taco Bell, but which is great nonetheless and is basically a water ice with some custard on the top. Mmm, mmm. Maybe we can convince Ted to start making water ice too, as Rita’s also offered to what amounted to a concrete, more or less. So, if you are in Philly, make sure to go to a Rita’s – “Ice. Custard. Happiness.”
