Today, a theme in the images I was seeing was the passing of spring, with its delicate blossoms and flowers being knocked down by rain or wind. A few days back, not having my camera with me, I missed the beauty of pink blossoms in the same state, lining a sidewalk, framed by green, green. Today it is all white, with a little green.
Summer is coming, though, and with it an amazing rush of sturdy vegetation, at least in this part of the world, the Lord be thanked. Have you ever considered just how much biomass pushes up in your average Illinois cornfield? It is mind boggling if you think about it.
But for tonight it is the delicate, fading Spring.

They are so beautuful!!!!
Great pictures.
Love and light
