Blog Down

Well, the blog itself has been and is working, but the Dassler Effect has been experiencing something of a low pressure system himself, and in such instances, I’m afraid, my Muse gets somewhat low too. And, hence the lack of entries for close on two weeks.
Still, the holidays had their share of nice moments including time spent with family and friends, several nice Christmas presents (including the extended edition of the Return of the King and an England soccer jersey), some nice parties, and satisfying games of racquetball, and a killer game of football yesterday which I have been longing for all Fall and which while it was ostensibly touch, was crunchilicious. I am paying for it today…but still football with a bunch of guys under a grey, drizzly sky….Ah. It’s kind of like Braveheart, but without the swords and the heads rolling about.
OK, the Muse is waking up. Well, possible upcoming blog entries, other than random musings, include: a promo for the Jeremy Huggins’ edited blog project in which I have a piece, perhaps some photos, perhaps a personal reflection of some Postal Service songs, ( a self holiday gift), and I cannot think of any more.
Finally, Happy New Year. And, I would be amiss to say that despite my minor grumblings, God is indeed very Good. Here’s to remembering that and living in such light in 2005.
